# PayHOA

> PayHOA is all-in-one HOA software for self-managed boards and management companies, and for builders and developers setting up new communities. It covers dues invoicing and online payments, accounting with bank sync, budgets and board reports, vendor payables, email, text, automated calls and printed mail, violations, requests, voting, document storage, owner portals and HOA websites. Gable, the AI assistant in PayHOA, is an add-on that comes switched on with every new account: the first 3 months after sign-up are free, then it is billed with the plan, from $24.50 a month, until it is turned off from the subscription page. There is one plan, priced by community size: from $49 a month billed yearly for 1–25 units, with a 30-day free trial and no credit card required.

- Management companies: $0.55 per unit a month, with a $275 monthly minimum.
- Gable AI add-on: switched on with every new account and free for the first 3 months after sign-up (existing customers also get 3 free months). After that it is billed the same way as the plan: $27 a month on the $54 monthly plan, or $24.50 a month on the $49 plan billed yearly. The price grows with community size, and over 500 units and for management companies it is $0.27 per unit a month. It can be turned off from the subscription page.
- Standard online payment fees: $2.45 per ACH (eCheck) payment; 3.5% + $0.50 per card payment. The community can absorb these fees or charge homeowners a convenience fee to cover them, set separately for card and ACH.
- Mailed invoices go First-Class: from $1.25 per one-page letter, printing and postage included.
- Bookkeeping Services, done by PayHOA's bookkeepers, is an optional add-on, priced separately.
