Perfect for self-managed HOAs

Bookkeeping! It has tremendously improved our accounting systems, and made it easier for our younger owners to pay using their preferred method - electronic payment! We were having problems with younger owners forgetting to write their monthly dues check as the younger generation does not use checks. It has also made it easier for us to share documents with owners, and I think the monthly invoice and receipt are appreciated as we previously did not have a system that acknowledged receipt except for a canceled check. Finally, we are now able to track who has paid and who has not in a more timely fashion.

PayHOA is very budget friendly for small and self-managed HOAs. It offers essential functions that facilitate all aspects of management, making it simple to see our current status in a glance.

The limitations are annoying but definitely not deal-breaking. Homeowners are not able to select their own autopay date, and invoices are not generated for homeowners who have an overpayment in their accounts. We have older owners (many over 70) who are uncomfortable using the program, but we are small enough that it doesn't matter.
