Your community can absorb these fees or charge homeowners a convenience fee to cover them. You set it separately for card and bank transfer payments. Homeowners can always pay by check instead, which you record in PayHOA for free.
Homeowner payments land in your community’s Treasury, a financial account powered by Stripe. From there, the board pays vendors, reimburses homeowners, and moves money to the association’s own accounts. Card numbers stay with Stripe.
Nothing is charged during the trial, and you don’t need a card to start it. If you keep PayHOA, billing starts the day after your trial ends, monthly or yearly, whichever you choose. Gable AI stays free until 3 months after sign-up, then it’s billed with your plan.

In certain states, yes. Because of the Wayfair decision, we’re required to collect sales tax in states where we meet specific sales thresholds. If it applies in your state, you’ll see it on your invoices automatically.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and prepaid time isn’t refunded, so monthly billing is the most flexible. We keep your data for 30 days after you cancel.
