Great for small, engaged HOA boards
We saved a significant amount of money per year on management fees. We were paying a management company $3-5k per year, we pay PayHOA $480 a year. Their payment/unit management is also far superior to what our management company offered for an online portal.
The software is very straightforward and intuitive. We've been able to easily use it to replace our $3-5k/yr management company for a small 7 unit HOA with relatively engaged board members.
A few of our units are rented out to tenants. I haven't figured out how to add the tenants so they can report maintenance issues and receive e-mails but don't have access to the the billing/account history for the unit. I also haven't tried that hard, so I may have just not found it yet.
