Great resource for self-managed associations

PayHOA has allowed us to move away from hand-written and delivered checks to a full online payment capability. They have also elminated our need to produce manual budgets, year-end statements while saving us from needing to purchase accounting software.

- Availability of support from a real-person when needed
- Pricing structure based on units (which is directly correlated to an HOAs cash flow)
- Help/resource availability for those who want to figure it out themselves
- Low fees for electronic payments
- Reduces need for quickbooks/other account software

- Pricing becomes significantly expensive if you want an online presence (i.e. website)
- Lack of customizable alerts for admins and HOA Board
- Custom forms could allow for more customization in terms of field availability/customization
